Kansas City Bridging the Gap® Training

This is a five-day training for a total of 40 hours. You will receive a handbook, medical glossary and supporting materials. The course is held on Saturdays and runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The training is $200 for the general public and $100 for Truman Medical Center employees. After attending all five Saturdays in sequence (we cannot provide make-up classes), and passing a final exam, you will receive a "Certificate of Completion in Bridging the Gap." Please be sure to make arrangements for payment ahead of time. A certificate of completion cannot be awarded unless you have paid in full. Please check with JVS if you need further information on fees. See schedule below.
